“I really enjoyed the show and was able to identify with the universal issues raised. I felt that the dance and music really helped me to connect with the emotions and story line. I am not South Asian, and a member of the audience asked me afterwards if I had trouble understanding the story because of the language. I had no trouble understanding the story - if I did not understand the language, I could certainly understand the costuming, music and dance. I especially loved the mournful English Horn solo.”
